A Cool Gathering of Brave Entrepreneurs
Kudos to the amazing people who braved one of the coldest nights of the year for November’s Entrepreneur Night at Tortugas in Flagler Beach, Florida.
The last Tuesday of the month always sets the stage for the area’s premier business event. This month, frigid temperatures of 40 degrees (and dropping fast!) threatened to affect an otherwise-popular night.
Instead, event organizer Ky Ekinci was extremely pleased with an attendance of over 100 people.
“We always love when events shatter our expectations,” Ekinci said. “You know it is a dedicated group of entrepreneurs when they come out in this kind of weather. It’s truly worth it to make connections that will help grow their business and the overall business community.”
“It really separates the serious entrepreneurs from the people who are just messing around,” added Ramon Peralta of Peralta Design, who attended all the way from his home base Connecticut.
Tortugas—always a beautiful venue—helped the entrepreneurs deal with the cold with their beloved fire pits and bracing beverages.

DJ Vern of Pyramid Disc Jockeys played some lively music to get the crowd heated up and the Office Divvy crew pitched in by running the hospitality table with their typically warm hospitality.

Entrepreneur Night is a grassroots event for and by Entrepreneurs. It takes place the last Tuesday of each month—except July, August, and December. It is always at a different location and is free to attend. Complimentary appetizers and a cash bar are provided by the host venue.
